Happy Holidays Everyone! The end of 2011 has been great and my Jamaican Black cakes are being sent all over and across the country. Our top sellers are Ms. Merls 6" Jamaican black cake, Bunt Rum Cake, and the newest addition, the Rum Cupcake! These three cakes have flown out of Ms. Merls bakery this year! 
The 6 inch Jamaican Black Cake. As our smallest black cake it serves up to 12 slices. Perfect if you don't want any left over cake post party, as this is sure to be a hot treat for your adult guests. The Bunt Rum Cake is simple and pretty. No fruit or wine is in this cake unlike the black cake, but it still holds the Jamaican Rum leaving this a great way to have versatility on your dessert table. 
Our newest addition in Ms. Merls bakery is the Rum Cupcakes! A huge hit this autumn and so many orders have already been placed for December! We couldn't be more thankful to all our customers! Our Rum Cupcakes are jumbo sized and great as Individual cakes or party favors as some have used them for. There is a simple pleasure to having your own cake, and thus exactly what the Rum Cupcake is.
